In the role ofSr.P&O Ops Service Delivery Expert you willbe responsible for driving end-to-end operational excellence across the employee lifecycle including hiring & onboarding data changes benefits administration termination and time & attendance processes for the group of the Senior Executives and Sandoz Leadership Team Members (including Board of Directors).You will ensure delivery against defined KPIs such as Service Levels and Internal Controls (e.g. 4-eye reviews) while maintaining compliance with local country regulations and internal policies.
Acting as a key point of contact forCoERewards and Local P&O team you will providetimelyandaccuratesupport to enhancethe employeeexperience. You will independently resolve queries and service tickets follow up on cross-functionalissuesand ensure proper data inputs to our systems. Additionally you will ensure that all the relevant topics are aligned among all P&Opartiesand in case any repetitive issues areobserved you will create and execute the mitigation plan. You will also incorporate any changes in data policiesremunerationor other rules tocomply withlocal legislation.
Major accountabilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Employee Lifecycle Management: Execute end-to-end P&O processes from onboarding to offboarding including contract management internal mobility and employee data changes. Maintainaccuraterecords in HCM systems (e.g. Workday SAP/HR CoreSHAPEiN) ensuretimelyand compliant processing of transactions in the Case Management System and collaborate with P&O Business Partners Talent Acquisition Payroll and Technology teams to deliver a seamless employee experience. Collaborate and build closepartnershipwithExecutiveRewards team.
Benefits Administration: Manage benefits-related processes such as enrollment life events changes and terminations as per instructions obtained. Provide expert guidance to employees on benefit offerings and ensure compliance with country legal and internal Sandoz policy requirements.Ensure affiliation to benefits providers and state/cantonal services (e.gfamily allowances) where.Interact with pension plan providers and ensureaccurateprocessing of employee and employer contributions through the payroll. Perform reconciliations of pension plan files with payroll records to ensure accuracy.
Time & Attendance Management:Oversee time and attendance systems to ensureaccuratetracking of working hours absences and leaves. Support employees and managers in resolving related issues and ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies.
Payroll Coordination:Collaborate with internal payroll team and external providers to ensureaccurateandtimelypayroll processing. Ensure that all the payroll inputs are in line with instructions through proper management of controls. If required resolve employee payroll queries before the final payrollrun and support audits while ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulations.Interact with internal global mobility team external taxconsultantsand P&O teams to ensure correct processing of the payroll.Ensure preparation of official statements (e.g.annual salary statements) and any official affiliations and requirements (tax social security familyallowances.)
Operational Excellence & Compliance:Ensure adherence to global and local P&O policies labor laws and data protection standards (e.g. GDPR). Maintain audit-ready documentation perform quality checks apply the 4-eye principle and document it accordingly and support internal audits withtimelyandaccurateresponses.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Monitor service delivery performance against defined KPIs (e.g. turnaround time first-time-right rate)identifyroot causes of SLA breaches or quality issues and implement corrective actions. Contribute to regular operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Project & Initiative Participation:Activelyparticipatein country projects andinitiatives asassigned by the manager contributingexpertiseto enhance operational processes and employee experience.
Team Support & Knowledge Sharing:Provide guidance and support to junior team members fostering collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
MinimumRequirements:
Whatyoullbring to the role:
58 years of experience in P&O Operations ideally with executive support experience in an international context.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Relevant working knowledge of local labor law and P&O compliance requirements.
Good understanding of processes tools and analytical methods.Ability to Independently resolve most queries and tickets; escalates onlyhighly complexor cross-functional issues.
Solid experience inmultipleP&O Operations areas.
Advanced experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday SAP ServiceNow) and time management tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong interpersonal senior stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization.
Deep understanding of Operational Metrics (SLA KPI quality audits).
