Job Summary

Help us protect future generations from smartphone addiction!

Tasks

You will directly work with Tom who is a product person by heart and who has worked on physical and digital products all his life.

Current challenges

Improve LTV per download. (e.g. through paywall testing)
Improve trial start rate.
Coordinate a PR & Marketing campaign together with our Marketing team.
Developing a BI system for analysing user behavior to support retention.
Use Claude Code and other AI tools to automate tasks and workflows.
User interviews to support the ideation for the future of our product.

We are looking for people that are willing to get their hands dirty. This is not a strategic role!

Requirements

Ideally you

always wanted to become the Head of Product of a tech startup.
are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
are passionate about users and KPIs. (if you dont love to do 5 user calls every week dont apply!!!)
have at least 2 years of work experience.
