We are looking for a creative and motivated Instructional Designer Intern who is passionate about learning design content creation and digital training This role provides hands on experience in building engaging eLearning courses and working on real client projects

Tasks

Understand client inputs and analyze eLearning requirements

Define learning objectives and structure course content

Create storyboards scripts and content outlines

Design and support development of interactive eLearning modules

Apply instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement

Ensure accuracy in task analysis training requirements and course flow

Support evaluation and improvement of training effectiveness

Collaborate with team members including designers developers and subject matter experts

Assist in all phases of instructional design and development

Requirements

• Any Graduate Engineering Arts Science Journalism or Mass Communication

Skills and Experience

Strong interest in instructional design and eLearning
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of content writing and storyboarding
Ability to understand technical and non technical topics
Self motivated and detail oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
