The customers are friendly appreciative and many of them are long time regulars. You must have flexible availability including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the manager in driving company sales initiatives and goals.
• Support and drive sales to achieve company goals
• Assist the manager in building an inspired team and in running the business.
• Supervise lead and coach team members throughout our daily operations.
• Achieve sales goals.
• Daily maintenance and cleaning
• Proper cash handling
• Inventory control
• Set and achieve daily sales and performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Prior Sales Experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Excellent customer service
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You must have flexible availability including weekends.
