The Essentials
Dates: June 8th - August 21st 2026
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Northern Virginia field sites (Must live within 10 miles of Silver Spring MD)
Pay: $170 per day mileage reimbursement
What Youll Do
Field Leadership: Visit 4 camp locations daily to mentor counselors and monitor program quality
Logistics & Support: Deliver emergency supplies and gear so the science never stops
Problem Solve: Act as the first responder for on-site issues staff call-outs or student behavior management
Oversight: Provide daily performance reports back to the main administrative office
What You Need
Leadership: 1 - 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity
Youth Background: 1 - 2 years of experience working directly with children.
Wheels: A reliable personal vehicle and valid drivers license for daily field travel (Required)
Clearance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

On-the-move autonomous and highly impactful. You are the ultimate support system for our camp crew! Full paid training on our curriculum and safety protocols is provided.
