Are you ready to take your career to the next level At Boots we are on the lookout for a passionateRetail Leadership L&D Delivery Managerto join our dynamic L&D Team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of leadership within our stores ensuring our leaders have the skills and confidence to drive exceptional customer experiences.
In this role you will be at the forefront of developing our Store and Assistant Store Managers delivering high-impact leadership development strategies that align with our business priorities. You will work closely with our central L&D Design team to create a learning roadmap that supports performance and growth across the UK. You will also lead a team of4 direct reports fostering their development and ensuring a cohesive approach to leadership training.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a leadership development strategy that enhances Store leadership capability.
Collaborate with design teams to create relevant practical content for training.
Lead and inspire a nationwide team of Trainers including 4 direct reports fostering an environment of growth.
Facilitate engaging virtual sessions and in-person workshops tailored to diverse audiences.
Build strong partnerships with Store leaders to ensure a consistent leadership experience.
What Youll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)
Proven experience as a Trainer Coach or Facilitator in Leadership development.
Strong knowledge of Boots UK operations ideally with Store Leader experience.
Excellent communication skills capable of delivering clear and compelling messages.
Ability to manage multiple demands effectively and prioritise tasks.
A growth mindset continuously seeking improvement and best practices.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
Creative design skills and understanding of learning design principles.
Experience in developing engaging Leadership workshop content.
Familiarity with modern Leadership theories and future leadership skills.
