Title: HR Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months
Location: On-site at San Antonio
Schedule/Shift Hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Thursday (ex M-F 8 AM - 5 PM)

Description:
Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation onboarding activities and initial training to ensure a smooth and engaging employee experience.
Assist with high-volume recruiting efforts including interview scheduling candidate communication hiring events and pre-employment processes.
Manage onboarding administration including new hire documentation system entry and compliance with company policies and employment requirements.
Track and maintain training records; coordinate required training sessions and support reporting on training completion and compliance.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as headcount attendance attrition and training completion; provide basic analysis and insights.
Support supervisors and HR leadership with administrative aspects of performance management attendance tracking and employee documentation.
Assist with employee relations processes by gathering information maintaining documentation and ensuring timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (e.g. HRIS timekeeping applicant tracking systems).
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws through proper documentation and recordkeeping.
Support employee engagement activities communication efforts and site initiatives.
Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills
1 3 years of HR administrative or coordination experience; manufacturing or high-volume environment preferred.
Experience supporting onboarding recruiting coordination or training administration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with employees at all levels.
Basic analytical skills with the ability to track and report HR data (e.g. attendance training headcount).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Teams) and HR systems (e.g. HRIS applicant tracking timekeeping systems).
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
High level of initiative reliability and customer-service mindset.
