Tekberry is looking for a Computing Support Analyst 2 to support our client Stanford University within their University IT (UIT) Computer Resource Consulting (CRC) team. This role serves as a field technical consultant delivering high-quality IT support and ensuring a seamless technology experience for faculty researchers and staff.
Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support via in-person phone email and chat
Troubleshoot hardware software network and system issues (Windows & Mac)
Manage and update tickets using ServiceNow
Coordinate delivery and setup of IT equipment and peripherals
Support infrastructure projects (network upgrades desk setups testing)
Analyze trends and recommend improvements to IT services
Maintain and contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders vendors and internal IT teams
Required Qualifications
Associates degree 2 years of relevant IT support experience (or equivalent)
Strong experience with Windows & Mac OS environments
Knowledge of networking hardware and enterprise software support
