About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Traditional Labor Law Attorney to join a well-established full-service law firm based in Uniondale New York. This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to take ownership of complex labor and employment matters.

In this role you will work closely with sophisticated clients across a wide range of industries advising on compliance with labor regulations negotiating collective bargaining agreements and representing management in high-stakes labor disputes. You will play a key role in shaping legal strategies handling litigation and delivering practical business-focused counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations
Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements
Draft employment agreements policies and related legal documentation
Represent clients in labor disputes in courts arbitration and before government agencies
Handle matters involving the NLRA RLA FLSA ERISA and workplace discrimination laws
Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings motions and briefs
