In this role you will work closely with sophisticated clients across a wide range of industries advising on compliance with labor regulations negotiating collective bargaining agreements and representing management in high-stakes labor disputes. You will play a key role in shaping legal strategies handling litigation and delivering practical business-focused counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations
- Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements
- Draft employment agreements policies and related legal documentation
- Represent clients in labor disputes in courts arbitration and before government agencies
- Handle matters involving the NLRA RLA FLSA ERISA and workplace discrimination laws
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings motions and briefs
