Job Description:

Strong Data Platform experience.
Delivery Experience: Hands-on experience delivering enterprise data products covering ingestion transformation governance and consumption layers.
Onsite Stakeholder & Governance Lead: Acts as the primary onsite interface for business and product owners driving planning prioritization dependency management and executive-level reporting.
AI-Enabled SDLC & Delivery Governance: Strong understanding of AI-assisted SDLC practices defines and tracks productivity and delivery KPIs (velocity cycle time release predictability quality metrics AI-driven efficiency gains) to ensure measurable improvements Cloud & Data-Aware
Execution Mindset: Brings understanding of cloud data architectures enabling effective decision-making risk mitigation and alignment between business outcomes and technical implementation.
Agile & Scaled Delivery Expertise: Proven ability to run Agile/SAFe-based delivery managing sprint cadence release planning RAID and cross-team coordination across distributed engineering teams.
