Job Summary

Shift & Pay: 1st: 6am-2:30ppm - $20-$28/hr DOE 2nd: 2pm - 10:30pm - $20-$28/hr DOE Qualifications

The candidate must show the ability to fabricate complex signage
Minimum of 3 years of sign fabrication and welding experience
Experience in metal fabrication especially aluminum and steel
Proficient in TIG/MIG Welding also experience use of hand or power tools
Ability to read prints/drawings accurately measure and cut aluminum and steel is required
Experience is using fabrication tools such as press brakes shears hand tools
Excellent communication skills and is self-motivated with leadership skills
Must be well organized detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
Ability to implement creative ideas for continuous improvement
Open to working overtime or weekends when required

Responsibilities

Reports to: Operations Manager
Rresponsible for fabricating all of our signage that requires metal fabrication and welding
Must be comfortable with Tig & MIG Welding to complete the work in the department
Ability to fabricate and weld complex signage without supervision such as: Pylons Monuments Custom Fabrication Designs
Additional requirements include other trades such as fabrication plastic vinyl etc.
Actively participates in Lean and 5S initiatives
Maintains the highest ethical standards and effectively communicates to team members
Performs other duties as required
