Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Informatica Platform Administrator / ETL Support Engineer to support enterprise data integration environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Informatica platforms particularly Informatica PowerCenter and will be responsible for ensuring stability performance and reliability of ETL systems.
This role involves working closely with global teams (including offshore teams) and supporting critical production environments through incident problem and change management processes.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and ETL processes
Solid understanding of Informatica architecture and components
Experience with:
Incident Problem and Change Management
Production support environments
Basic server/platform administration skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in a remote-first environment with occasional onsite visits
