Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA Analyst with strong experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing utility-based applications and a solid understanding of billing customer service and meter-to-cash processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual and/or automation testing for Oracle CC&B applications
Analyze business requirements and create test plans test cases and test scripts
Validate billing payments customer management and meter data processes
Execute functional regression integration and UAT testing
Identify log and track defects using tools like JIRA or ALM
Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders
Ensure quality standards are met in utility domain applications
Required Skills:
Over all 10 years of experience in IT in QA/Testing
3 years of QA experience with Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
Strong knowledge of Utilities domain (Electric Gas or Water)
Experience in end-to-end testing of billing and customer lifecycle
Good understanding of SQL for data validation
Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with automation tools (Selenium etc.)
Knowledge of Oracle Utilities framework
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
Nice to Have:
Experience with integration testing (CC&B with other systems like MDM OMS)
Prior experience working with US-based utility clients
