Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Edison NJ. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents conducting research managing pleadings and motions and assisting with case preparation. Daily tasks include organizing case files maintaining schedules and ensuring all legal processes are handled efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Strong skills in Legal Research and understanding legal frameworks
- Experience drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment
- Paralegal certification or equivalent educational background preferred
- Familiarity with personal injury law or litigation is a plus
