Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in retail technology to drive product development for store systems. The role focuses on enhancing in-store technologies such as POS workforce management and related systems ensuring seamless integration between corporate and store-level operations.

Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product backlog for store technology solutions
- Gather and document business requirements as user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders operations and tech teams
- Lead requirement discussions and drive product enhancements
- Create detailed JIRA stories with acceptance criteria
- Support testing UAT and production deployments
- Partner with QA and operations teams for successful releases
- Provide post-go-live support and validation
Requirements:
- 5 years of product management experience in retail technology
- Experience with POS or store-related systems
- Understanding of retail-to-consumer and order flow processes
- Experience working with store hardware infrastructure and networks
- Strong experience with JIRA & Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
