Seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in retail technology to drive product development for store systems. The role focuses on enhancing in-store technologies such as POS workforce management and related systems ensuring seamless integration between corporate and store-level operations.

Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize product backlog for store technology solutions
Gather and document business requirements as user stories
Collaborate with stakeholders operations and tech teams
Lead requirement discussions and drive product enhancements
Create detailed JIRA stories with acceptance criteria
Support testing UAT and production deployments
Partner with QA and operations teams for successful releases
Provide post-go-live support and validation

Requirements:

5 years of product management experience in retail technology
Experience with POS or store-related systems
Understanding of retail-to-consumer and order flow processes
Experience working with store hardware infrastructure and networks
Strong experience with JIRA & Confluence
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
