Oracle EBS OTC Functional Consultant

Solution IT Inc. is looking for Oracle EBS OTC Functional Consultant for one of its clients at Dallas TX (Hybrid 3 Times a week)

Job Title: Oracle EBS OTC Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications
• Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of EBS application (Order To Cash) including process design package implementation lifecycle support and project reviews - Identify document and manage client business / functional requirements
• Assess client requirements and build of product specific functional specifications
• Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation
• Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies
• Lead client facing meetings
• Lead workshops and presentations of key solution design technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders; Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems finance supply chain general business or a related discipline
• Minimum six years experience in post-production managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients
• Experience with upgrades and functional testing understanding of ITIL framework ITSM and service desk management
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to scale projects from small to large
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively
