Location : Mountain View CA ( 5 days Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Telephony Automation & VoIP Platform Engineer to support large-scale voice platform operations and migrations in a telecom/ISP environment.

This is a hands-on engineering role combining VoIP device provisioning cloud automation API validation and data analysis. The engineer will act as a platform owner working across systems rather than in a siloed QA or automation-only role.

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

Telephony & Networking

Strong VoIP experience
ATA device experience (mandatory) specifically Polycom ATA 400
SIP & TLS
TCP/IP fundamentals
Wireshark / packet capture

Device Provisioning

TR-069 (remote provisioning and device management)

Automation & Cloud

Python scripting
General scripting (Shell/Bash)
Linux system administration
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience

APIs & Data

REST APIs
Postman
SQL (data validation and analysis)

Domain Background

Experience working in a Telecom / ISP / ITSP environment
