Hiring: Business Analyst (Data / Claims Analytics)

Location: Eagan MN Employment Type: W2 Work Authorization: GC / USC Only

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic data team focused on claims analysis in a B2B enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights and delivering clear data-driven narratives.

What Youll Do:

Transform and prepare datasets using Python or Java for processing
Analyze claims data to uncover trends patterns and business impact
Build clear and effective data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI
Ensure accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights
Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What Were Looking For:

Technical Skills:

Tableau or Power BI
Python SQL or Java
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Experience with GitHub or version control systems
Cloud exposure (GCP preferred or similar)
Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive modeling

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field
