Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Core Java Lead with strong hands-on coding experience to design develop and lead high-performance scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be both a technical expert and a mentor capable of driving best practices while actively contributing to the codebase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust scalable and high-performance applications using Core Java.
- Write clean efficient and well-documented code; actively participate in hands-on development.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards design patterns and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Ensure application security reliability and scalability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes tools and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above).
- Deep understanding of OOP principles data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with multithreading concurrency and performance tuning.
- Solid knowledge of JVM internals memory management and garbage collection.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with version control tools (Git).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
