Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong Data & Analytics experience to drive data-driven product decisions in a healthcare environment. The role focuses on improving customer experience through insights reporting and continuous product enhancements across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage analytics and reporting requirements
Perform data analysis to drive product improvements
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
Deliver insights identify root causes and recommend enhancements
Define metrics data models and standards (e.g. Find Care)
Collaborate cross-functionally to close product and data gaps

Required Skills:

Strong Product Management experience
Solid Data & Analytics background
Healthcare domain experience
Experience with web/mobile self-service applications
Ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions
