Job Title: Senior Geospatial Solutions Architect - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Senior Geospatial Solutions Architect you will lead the design integration and modernization of enterprise grade geospatial solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise. You will operate at the intersection of GIS and enterprise IT translating complex transportation and business requirements into scalable secure and well governed geospatial architectures that integrate with core systems APIs and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document end to end geospatial solutions leveraging ArcGIS Enterprise and related technologies.
• Translate transportation GIS mandates and regulatory requirements into technical workflows and system designs.
• Define reusable GIS service patterns aligned with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
• Lead integration of geospatial platforms with enterprise systems using APIs middleware and data pipelines.
• Develop scalable architecture diagrams technical roadmaps and integration frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership for geospatial data modeling geodatabases and linear referencing systems.
• Collaborate with analysts developers architects and GIS teams to deliver cross functional solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Evaluate emerging GIS technologies and contribute to enterprise GIS modernization planning.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Bachelor s degree in GIS Geography Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of hands on experience designing and implementing ArcGIS Enterprise solutions in transportation or enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS APIs and integration tools.
• Proven experience with enterprise system integration including REST APIs ETL and event driven patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in spatial data modeling geodatabases and geoprocessing automation.
• Experience developing automated workflows using Python SQL and GIS scripting tools.
• Knowledge of transportation GIS standards roadway inventory and asset management practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts security and enterprise data governance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
