Job Summary
Job Summary (Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant Time & Payroll Focus):
- Lead and manage SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll implementations and support activities.
- Gather analyze and document business requirements; deliver suitable functional solutions.
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive end-to-end project delivery.
- Work closely with technical teams on ABAP-related enhancements and customizations.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll best practices.
- Act as primary functional point of contact for SAP HCM Time & Payroll topics.
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Senior-level role requiring 12 15 years SAP HCM experience.
- Onsite work required in Phoenix AZ (4 days per week).
- Open to H1B candidates; strong preference for onsite availability.
