Create and support training modules for retail teams (Sales Staff & Store Managers).

Develop easy-to-understand content on product knowledge selling skills grooming VM and customer experience.

Edit update and standardise training content as per brand guidelines and business requirements.

PPT Design & Learning Material Creation
-
Design clear structured and visually appealing PPT presentations.
-
Convert briefs ideas and raw inputs into impactful training slides.
-
Create supporting learning materials such as worksheets activity sheets assessments and handbooks.
-
Design basic posters creatives certificates and training collaterals for store communication and L&D initiatives.
-
Ensure all content and designs align with Libas brand aesthetics and tone. Training Execution Support
-
Support the L&D Manager in rolling out training programs and initiatives.
-
Coordinate with stores and cluster teams for training communication and scheduling.
-
Assist during virtual and in-store training sessions when required.
-
Documentation & Follow-up
-
Maintain training records attendance data and content repositories.
-
Collect training feedback and assist in basic reporting and analysis.
