AC Zone is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman to support our engineering and project teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate HVAC drawings and layouts using AutoCAD ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities-
Prepare detailed HVAC drawings layouts and schematics using AutoCAD

Develop ducting piping and equipment layout drawings

Coordinate with engineers and project teams to understand design requirements

Modify and revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions

Ensure all drawings adhere to project specifications and industry standards

Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings

Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) if required

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

2 5 years of experience as an HVAC Draftsman

Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems ducting and piping layouts

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC projects

Basic understanding of relevant HVAC standards and codes

Familiarity with other drafting tools/software is an added advantage
