As a Custom Software Engineer your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing coding and improving various components within systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development processes.- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.- Experience with debugging testing and optimizing Java applications for performance and scalability.- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.- Ability to write clean maintainable and well-documented code following best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
