Job Summary
Job Description Manager Software Engineering (IT Product Company)
Lead and manage software engineering teams to design develop and deliver high-quality product solutions.
Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle including planning architecture coding testing and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers architects and stakeholders to define technical strategy and roadmap.
Ensure scalability performance and security of applications in a fast-paced product environment.
Mentor and guide engineers conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Oversee code quality through reviews best practices and adherence to engineering standards.
Manage project timelines resource allocation and risk mitigation effectively.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration across QA DevOps and support teams.
Strong hands-on technical background in software development (e.g. backend/frontend technologies cloud microservices) will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in system design architecture and coding is highly preferred and considered a strong plus.
