Duties:
Operational Execution & Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end software requests from intake to closure
- Validate requests for completeness documentation and eligibility
- Monitor queue health SLAs backlog and aging
- Handle complex or high-impact requests independently
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Route requests based on predefined criteria
Operational Review & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead bi-weekly review meetings with stakeholders
- Prepare agendas status updates and risk highlights
- Drive decisions assign actions and track follow-ups
- Ensure alignment and progress on priority requests
Decision Enablement
- Coordinate inputs across security procurement legal finance and business teams
- Prepare decision-ready summaries
- Capture and track decisions to closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field
- 5-6 years in operations or process-driven environments
- Experience with workflow/ticketing systems
- Ability to manage high-volume operations independently
- Experience with stakeholder reviews and coordination
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of software ecosystems licensing and integrations
- Experience in centralized governance or intake models
Technical Skills
- Experience with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira or similar)
- Understanding of software request lifecycle management and intake processes
- Knowledge of software governance frameworks and approval workflows
- Familiarity with SLA tracking queue management and backlog analysis
- Ability to use reporting and dashboard tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau)
- Basic understanding of software licensing models and procurement processes
- Awareness of security compliance and risk assessment requirements
- Understanding of enterprise IT systems and integrations
- Experience with process documentation and SOP management
- Data analysis skills for operational metrics and performance tracking
