Job Summary

Duties:

Operational Execution & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end-to-end software requests from intake to closure
  • Validate requests for completeness documentation and eligibility
  • Monitor queue health SLAs backlog and aging
  • Handle complex or high-impact requests independently
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks
  • Route requests based on predefined criteria

Operational Review & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Lead bi-weekly review meetings with stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas status updates and risk highlights
  • Drive decisions assign actions and track follow-ups
  • Ensure alignment and progress on priority requests

Decision Enablement

  • Coordinate inputs across security procurement legal finance and business teams
  • Prepare decision-ready summaries
  • Capture and track decisions to closure

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field
  • 5-6 years in operations or process-driven environments
  • Experience with workflow/ticketing systems
  • Ability to manage high-volume operations independently
  • Experience with stakeholder reviews and coordination
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Understanding of software ecosystems licensing and integrations
  • Experience in centralized governance or intake models

Technical Skills

  • Experience with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira or similar)
  • Understanding of software request lifecycle management and intake processes
  • Knowledge of software governance frameworks and approval workflows
  • Familiarity with SLA tracking queue management and backlog analysis
  • Ability to use reporting and dashboard tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau)
  • Basic understanding of software licensing models and procurement processes
  • Awareness of security compliance and risk assessment requirements
  • Understanding of enterprise IT systems and integrations
  • Experience with process documentation and SOP management
  • Data analysis skills for operational metrics and performance tracking
