Team Member:
Our Team Members are the core of who we are. They have a passion for food and good people and also possess a strong work ethic. Team members may work in a variety of different positions and stations such as:
Ambassador:
- These are our cashiers and face of FGC
- Cash Handling/POS
- Menu knowledge
- Building Brand Love (proactive guest intercepts suggestive selling etc.)
Line and Prep:
- Make our recipes and work the line by making our chef inspired bowls salads and serving our roasted chicken
- Front Line and Expo
- Back Line and Sides
- Dressings and Sauces
- Mixing and Veggies
Porter:
- Helping to keep our restaurant clean and our kitchen running!
- Chemical Awareness and Equipment Maintenance
- FGC Clean
- Organization and Station love
