The Role:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar roles including leadership and professional positions across in-unit and above-unit site operations as well as portfolios such as Tastelife Safety and Omega.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Coordinate and participate in tailored recruitment campaigns and events including assessment centres and targeted sourcing initiatives.
• Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
• Maintain and engage a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Collaborate closely with your team sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Experience using Pageup or at talent acquisition software of similar nature will be highly regarded

The Person:

• Experience in white-collar recruitment ideally within corporate professional services or site-based leadership environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
