CNC Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

Delva Tool & Machine is seeking aCNCMaintenance Technicianfor our Cinnaminson NJ CNCMaintenance Technicianis responsible for maintaining repairing and servicing CNC machinery equipment between our two facilities located a few miles apart.

*This position works a schedule of Monday thru Fridayfrom 6:30am-3:00pm*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service on CNC machinery including lathes mills multi-axis machines and associated support systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic issues specific to CNC equipment.
• Clean and maintain machine components including removing and reinstalling parts as needed for service and repair.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures worn parts and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs for all CNC equipment.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify machine performance issues and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule downtime for service without disrupting operations.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with ISO OSHA and GMP standards.

Experience Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 yearsof CNC maintenance experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of pneumatic hydraulic OSHA DOT and other safety regulations and rules.
• Excellent analyticaland problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as electrical and mechanical schematics part manuals and troubleshooting guides.
• Ability to identify issues and determinerepairs that are needed.
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building and equipment systems.
• Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
