As a Vice President and Client Service Manager within the US Private Bank you provide exceptional leadership and supervision to Client Service Specialist teams ensuring seamless support for managers and clients. You drive operational excellence compliance and risk management collaborating with advisors product partners and operations teams. You lead strategic development project initiatives and talent management delivering high-quality client experiences and business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional leadership and supervision to Client Service Specialist teams.
- Own end-to-end client and employee experience ensuring service levels and satisfaction.
- Deliver tactical and strategic solutions in a highly controlled regulated environment.
- Guide teams in delivering high-quality service and managing daily work volumes accurately.
- Ensure compliance with regulations policies and procedures; reinforce financial liability awareness.
- Research follow up and resolve escalated client issues through effective partner interaction.
- Coordinate recruiting efforts to maintain staffing levels and talent development.
- Evaluate staff performance provide feedback and manage disciplinary actions.
- Participate in strategic development of the support operating model and validate proposed plans.
- Lead or participate in special projects and broader Private Banking initiatives.
- Drive risk management adherence to controls and protection against fraud activities.
Required Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- Hold a bachelors or masters degree.
- Bring 15 years of relevant Private Bank Client Service/Core Banking Operations experience with UHNW clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in Global Payments Money Movement and Cash Operations.
- Analyze data and make data-driven decisions; apply business intelligence skills.
- Operate proficiently in Windows Microsoft Office and related software.
- Lead transformation initiatives and motivate teams at all levels.
- Communicate effectively manage conflicts diplomatically and network across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications Skills and Capabilities
- Leverage familiarity with SQL Python JavaScript and HTML/CSS for data analysis and automation.
- Present and tell stories proficiently to stakeholders and clients.
- Apply keen industry knowledge and experience with a wide array of financial products.
- Demonstrate solid comprehension of Private Banking products and services.
- Exercise excellent judgment and decision-making skills balancing results with risk management.
- Adapt to rapidly changing business and technology environments; lead change effectively.
- Manage multiple priorities projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
