Catawba Two Kings Casino is seekinganinnovativeMarketing Coordinator to join ideal candidate(s)isorganizedcreativeandexcitedtousetheirskillstodevelopandimplementmarketing programinitiativesand positionis a criticalmember of the MarketingTeamwhowill aid in conceptionexecutionand planning ofcasinopromotions and unique this position will play a crucial role incampaign development and social media strategy.

Responsibilities:

• DevelopandManagemarketingcommunicationsanddistributethematerialstotherelevantdepartmentsand stakeholders

• Conceptualize develop andmaintainmarketing promotions sponsorship social media and Public Relations strategies and calendars

• Create regulatory submissions to the gaming commissionfor marketing promotions

• AssisttheMarketingTeamwiththeexecutionandplanningofmarketingprograms.

• Develop andmaintainGanttchartstasklistsandnoteprojecttimelinemilestones.

• Sourceandpurchasepromotionalmaterialsfor casino gift events and develop branded merchandise for mobile enrollment and entitlement programs

• Develop andmaintaininventoryprocesses and standard operating procedures as it relates to marketing merchandise and promotional inventory

• Sourceresearchandmaintainrelationshipswithsuitablevendorsformarketingpromotional and partnership opportunities

• Be the subject matter expert in organic social media strategy and content management

• Develop creative copy formarketing campaign materials and on property deliverables

• CollaboratewiththeAdvertising AgencytocreatepaiddigitalcampaignsSEOCTV radio televisionand OOO campaigns toensurethe property exceedsproperty KPIs

• DevelopInputandupdateallCreative Marketing Requests and Cross departmental marketing requests

• Maintain and develop website content and updates

• Develop geofencing strategy and content for the casinos player portal and APP

• Develop SOPs job aids and training documents surrounding marketing and social media

• Proof data and creative content for accuracy for email on property assets and direct mail campaigns

• Develop marketing and contact strategies for Catawba Two Kings Casinos social casino

• Work with Mail house and print studio to hit in home dates and project timelines

• Proofandeditmarketingdeliverables

• Maintainweeklylogisticsandwarehousedeliveriesof marketing materials

• Performotherdutiesasassigned

Qualifications:

• HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDrequiredbachelorsdegree in marketinghighlypreferred.

• Experience with social mediacontent creation and platform management

• Priormarketinginternshippreferred

• PriorHospitalityexperiencewithinacasinopreferred.

• Knowledge ofCRMsystems

• Working knowledge of workflow and Project Management tools

• ExperiencewithWindowsplatformincludingMicrosoftwordExcelAccessPowerPoint andPublisher

• Excellentmathskills.

• Sometravelmayberequired.

• MustbeabletoobtainandmaintainavalidCatawbaGamingLicense.

• Mustbeatleasttwenty-one(21)yearsofage.
