About the Position
Parafin is seeking a seasoned customer success leader to serve as our Head of Platform Growth. You will be responsible for the team that launches new platforms and grows revenue for Parafin in a timely and predictable manner. This individual will grow top-line revenues through the implementation of scalable repeatable structured systems and processes. You will partner with our accounts to grow Parafins services and directly contribute to the growth of the small businesses our platform partners serve by leading the team that will manage Parafins accounts. What Youll Be Doing:
Inspire motivate coach and grow the Platform Growth/Success team; the team responsible for post-sale onboarding engagement retention and growth of our strategic platform customers
Serve as a strong senior business leader and customer partner to Parafins accounts and to drive usage and expansion within accounts in the form of increasing loan origination and product expansion identify new strategic opportunities to improve marketing drive new product adoption and integration and unlock incremental user segments to help partners grow.
Ensure Parafins portfolio of accounts is healthy including capital origination performance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Set and deliver on KPIs for Partner Growths accounts and conduct preliminary diagnosis on issues that may impact growth and account health. You will coordinate with internal teams and partners to help growth stay on track.
Share customer feedback and insights with Product Engineering Support and Platform Partnerships to empower and inform improvements to the Parafin partner experience. Partner with internal senior leadership as the voice of our customer.
What Were Searching For:
5 years of experience managing customer success or partnership teams preferably focused on the enterprise segments.
Experience in a client-facing role managing multi-threaded relationships for Enterprise accounts for a technical or financial product. Demonstrated ability to build deep and influential relationships with partners up to the C level.
Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets and goals and driving account expansion.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve account issues and drive partner experience improvements.
Excellent operational communication collaboration and analytical abilities
Dynamic and strong partner growth execution mindset with a passion and commitment to both understand and successfully navigate our rapid growth.
Track record of recruiting developing and retaining high-performing customer success managers.
We Prefer If You Have:
Experience in payments embedded finance or usage-based sales.
Familiarity with working on API-driven and other technical products
