Leverage in-depth understanding of the South India solar market to strategize growth initiatives. • Technical & Commercial Engagement
Provide technical consultation on solar PV systems string inverters grid compliance and power electronics.
Lead commercial discussions including pricing strategies contract negotiations and tender participation. • Team Leadership
Lead mentor and manage the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
Foster a high-performance collaborative sales culture. • Reporting & Analytics
Track sales performance generate reports and provide insights using CRM tools and dashboards.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies. . Requirements • 4–10 years of experience in the solar industry (mandatory). • Strong technical knowledge of:
