As a UX Researcher you will be a voice for the user uncovering insights that inform better decisions drive more intuitive product experiences and ultimately help people do their best work.How You Will Help
As a UX Researcher I you will work closely with our UX Design Documentation Product and Engineering teams to plan and execute research that brings the users perspective into every stage of the product development process. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your research craft within a world-class UX organization work on complex enterprise products used by millions and make a meaningful impact from day one.What You Will Do
- Partner with UX Designers and Product Managers to identify research needs and define the right methods to answer key product questions.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies including usability tests contextual interviews surveys and concept evaluations.
- Recruit and screen research participants in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external panels.
- Synthesize research findings into clear actionable insights and present them to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and contribute to a growing research repository ensuring insights are accessible and reusable across the organization.
- Support the UX team in building user journey maps personas and other research artifacts that foster shared empathy across the product org.
- Stay current on industry trends in UX research methodologies tools and best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team.
YOU HAVE
- 14 years of experience in UX Research Human-Computer Interaction or a related field (internship and academic research experience welcome).
- A foundational understanding of UX research methods both qualitative (interviews usability testing diary studies) and quantitative (surveys analytics).
- Exposure to research tools such as UserZoom Maze Lookback Dovetail or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex findings into clear concise narratives.
- A degree in Human-Computer Interaction Psychology Cognitive Science Design or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
