Overview

We are hiring a senior content professional in Bangalore to help evolve our documentation and product content practices for SaaS applications. This role will lead the transition of the Docs team toward AI-native human-in-the-loop content development workflows with a focus on improving how technical content is planned created governed and scaled while maintaining high standards for clarity accuracy and usability.

This person will combine strong technical documentation and content strategy expertise with a practical understanding of product adoption. They will partner with writers designers and product teams in Bangalore to support the Pendo AIE adoption strategy through in-product guidance Pendo Guides and analytics dashboards that help teams measure and improve content and user outcomes.

What youll do:

• Lead the transition of the Documentation team toward AI-native human-in-the-loop content development workflows.
• Define and improve content strategy governance standards and quality controls for AI-assisted technical content.
• Create playbooks prompt frameworks review processes and guardrails for scalable content development.
• Partner with writers designers and product stakeholders to improve documentation and product guidance for SaaS applications.
• Support the Pendo AIE adoption strategy through effective in-product guidance including Pendo Guides.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track guide performance product usage signals and content effectiveness.
• Use analytics and user behavior data to recommend improvements to documentation guidance and adoption flows.

What were looking for:

• Significant experience of 5 -12 in technical documentation product content strategy UX writing for software products or related roles.
• Strong experience creating content for SaaS applications enterprise software or other complex digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to improve content operations workflows and governance not just create deliverables.
• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows and strong judgment around human review and quality control.
• Experience working cross-functionally with writers designers product managers and documentation teams with the ability to use analytics to improve outcomes.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting content strategy or documentation for AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with structured content taxonomy metadata or reusable content models.
• Experience with Pendo or similar digital adoption platforms.
