About the roleSettlement Services International (SSI) is delivering the Local Jobs Program (LJP) across NSW and QLD supporting job seekers to access employment training and reskilling opportunities in their local an Local Jobs Program Support Officer you will work closely with the Job Coordinator providing operational and administrative support to deliver outcomes aligned with the Local Jobs Plan for your region. Youll play a key role in coordinating stakeholders supporting local taskforce meetings and helping drive positive employment outcomes for job seekers in the community. Key responsibilitiesProvide daytoday support to the Job Coordinator in delivering the Local Jobs ProgramAssist with coordination administration and recordkeeping for Local Jobs and Skills Taskforce meetingsSupport engagement with regional stakeholders including employers training providers community organisations and employment service providersMaintain accurate records reports and documentation aligned with LJP requirementsContribute to collaborative approaches that address regional employment priorities and workforce needs.
