Job Description
The Manufacturing Operations I role is responsible for converting raw materials and components into finished goods. This includes general production work assembling components processing batches operating machine tools and packaging materials. The role supports Takedas mission by ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes.
How you will contribute:
* Perform general production manufacturing tasks
* Assemble finished components or parts into finished products
* Process manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients
* Set up and operate machine tools to convert materials into parts
* Perform surface finishing of parts components and assembled items
* Package materials or finished goods into containers for protection and handling
Skills and qualifications:
* Applies basic Good Manufacturing Practices with guidance ensuring compliance with production standards
* Understands Product And Manufacturing Information applying it under supervision to enhance production quality
* Operates manufacturing equipment following detailed instructions to maintain optimal performance
* Implements quality control measures under supervision to meet production standards
* Troubleshoots basic production issues with guidance to maintain equipment functionality
* Engages in continuous improvement efforts applying basic principles to enhance production processes
* Collaborates with team members following guidelines to contribute effectively
* Maintains high attention to detail in all production tasks to ensure accuracy and quality
* Follows safety procedures meticulously to ensure a safe working environment
* Applies lean manufacturing principles under supervision to optimize production efficiency
* Conducts basic investigations under guidance to resolve production issues
* Adheres to Environmental Health and Safety standards under supervision to promote a safe workplace
