Job Summary
We are seeking a delivery-focused Senior Tech Lead to join our Digital Experience and Product Services team
The primary responsibility of the Senior Tech Lead/ Project Manager is to lead Squad(s) to the successful delivery of his/her project objectives ensuring the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. (S)He will coordinate and prioritize project tasks manage timelines and budget maintaining project plans and communicate status to stakeholders. (s)he needs to have experience in managing projects in GxP environments. DT works in a scrum-based approach so the candidate has proven a pragmatic use of agile concepts in prior projects. S(H)e can write an analysis if that is required.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through follow-up stakeholder responsiveness and thorough communication.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders work streams and the related tasks simultaneously.
Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization
Risk management skills: responsibility for detecting potential issues and implementing solutions when issues threaten to delay the timeline or impact budget or business operations
Ability to lead and inspire a technical team (dev business analyst tech writers testers)
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
7 years related experience in Project Management
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization
Experience in Azure Dev Ops and ability to drive and manage a backlog in an efficient way
Experienced in managing the delivery of custom-built solutions (e.g. angular techno framework)
Microsoft Suite and other PM tools experience must-have
Experience in managing financials (large 2M budgets) forecasting and monthly accruals
Strong communication organizational interpersonal and consultative skills a must
Experienced in Agile Project Management methodologies and techniques
Passionate about good Project Management practices and willing to share his/her experience
Experience in GxP related environment and pharma is a must
Interest in AI technology is a plus
Required Skills:
Education and certifications - Bachelors Degree - Other (Specify): Bachelor (Belgium) or experience Equivalent - Certification (Specify): Veeva CRM certification (MUST): system admin gold configuration level - Salesforce CRM (Nice to have) - Veeva Vault (preferred) Experience - CRM system admin experience (technical expertise and functional expertise) - Project management skills - Business analyses - Can help in shaping our CRM strategy - At least 10 years in Pharma - At least 10 years in CRM Skills 1) Organized & well structured 2) Can do both Project manager & Business analyst 3) Stakeholder management (focus on priorities scoping where needed) 4) IT context (be able to manage architecture integrations Dev-Acc-Prod UAT & IT standard processes
