Position Purpose:

The eCommerce Online Order Selector is responsible for picking and preparing online customer orders with accuracy care and efficiency. This role ensures that items are selected in accordance with company standards properly substituted when needed and prepared for pickup or delivery on time.

Responsibilities:

The eCommerce Team Member supports a smooth positive online shopping experience by adhering to daily processes maintaining product quality and delivering excellent service with every order.

An eCommerce Team Members responsibilities include:

• Accurately selecting packing and staging highquality groceries and products for customers while ensuring freshness proper handling and adherence to company substitution standards when items are unavailable.

• Maintaining and exceeding minimum productivity accuracy replacement and order completion standards.

• Maintaining a working knowledge of store products departments and offerings to efficiently complete customer orders.

• Following all health department food safety sanitation and weights and measures guidelines while handling products.

• Assisting with staging organizing and preparing orders for pickup or delivery.

• Adhering to all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean organized work area.

• All other related duties as assigned
