Quality Assurance (QA) Tester –Web & Mobile (Entry Level)

Team Red Dog is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester Web & Mobile (Entry Level) to support our client a Fortune 100 technology leader in delivering high-quality scalable identity solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career QA professional or tester to gain hands-on experience in manual and exploratory testing web and mobile application validation and modern identity this role youll contribute to critical product releases by identifying bugs validating functionality across environments and helping ensure a seamless user experience for enterprise and consumer applications.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

• 12 years of experience using testing tools such as Fiddler to capture inspect and troubleshoot web traffic during testing scenarios
• 12 years of experience testing web applications across browsers ensuring functionality usability and compatibility
• 12 years of experience testing on Android and iOS devices including mobile app validation and issue identification
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify bugs and inconsistencies

How you will make an impact:

• Execute prewritten manual test scripts and validate product functionality
• Participate in bug bashes to identify issues prior to production releases
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover defects and edge cases
• Run automated test tools and analyze results for inconsistencies
• Report bugs and product anomalies clearly and accurately
• Support build validation and ensure applications meet quality standards
• Assist with basic computer configuration and application compatibility testing

The expertise you bring:

• Bachelors degree Associates degree technical certification or equivalent work experience
• 12 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Basic proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle
• Ability to quickly learn new tools systems and processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
