Hybrid Recruiting Director Legal Industry Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruiting team
Work closely with hiring managers to determine the most effective hiring strategies
Manage and optimize the recruitment process
Identify source and screen potential candidates
Maintain close working relationships with local colleges
Monitor the performance of recruiting programs via KPIs
Stay up to date on the latest recruitment and AI trends and best practices
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Partner with leadership to align recruitment goals with business objectives
Oversee employee relations company culture and employee retention
Hybrid Recruiting Director Legal Industry Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required
7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
5 years of management experience required
Legal recruiting experience required
Proven ability to integrate AI tools into recruiting or talent acquisition workflow required
