We are looking for a dynamic Engagement Manager with experience in telecom and customer relationship management to lead client engagements and ensure successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients manage project execution and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication delivery excellence and strategic collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Project & Delivery Management

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines and quality standards
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Track project progress and resolve delivery challenges

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Collaborate with:
    • Internal teams
    • Business stakeholders
    • Technical teams
  • Communicate project updates risks and resolutions effectively

Business Growth & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for:
    • Process improvements
    • Upselling additional services
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery and engagement processes

Required Skills

Core Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in:
    • Client engagement
    • Customer success
    • Account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in stakeholder management

Domain Skills

  • Experience in Telecom / Network Management domain
  • Understanding of telecom processes and solutions
