Job Summary
Job Title:-Senior Chatbot/Voice Enablement Developers
Location:- Remote
Please ensure that candidates aresoftware developerswithhands-on experienceworking withAI modelsin anAI engineering capacity including experience withvoice technologiesandstrong coding abilities-this is an absolute must.
What success looks like in this role:
- Design and developenterprise-grade chatbot and voice solutions using Azure Bot Service Power Virtual Agents and integrations (e.g. Genesys Twilio Microsoft Teams).
- Implement and optimizeLLM pipelines ASR/TTS for voice bots and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for knowledge-driven responses.
- Integrateconversational systems with Unisys platforms (CRM ITSM security solutions) via APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Ensurecompliance and security including PII protection encryption and adherence to global standards (GDPR accessibility).
- Monitor and improveperformance through analytics A/B testing and continuous optimization of containment rate latency and CSAT.
- Collaboratecross-functionally with product and engineering teams; mentor junior developers and establish best practices.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 5 years experience in software engineering with 3 years in conversational AI (chat and voice).
- Expertise in Azure Azure AI Foundry Azure AI Search LLM/NLU orchestration Vector DBs and whisper/voice models and familiarity with WebRTC services
- Strong backend development skills (PythonC# REST APIs).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) CI/CD and security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile fast-paced high-impact environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
