Job Description

DDN is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finished Goods Administrator to support our shipping and fulfillment operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that products are accurately packaged labeled and prepared for shipment in alignment with customer and product specifications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment can effectively prioritize tasks based on shipping schedules and works collaboratively across teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods. This position requires strong attention to detail organization and the ability to work independently while maintaining high quality role requires full-time onsite support at our Chatsworth facility to effectively support shipping and warehouse operations.

Essential Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Packing orders for shipments in accordance with product specifications.
  • Creating specialized package labels.
  • Creating serialized labels for highly configured systems.
  • Monitoring daily shipment lists and processing material accordingly.
  • Prioritize work load based on freight schedules and take steps necessary to ensure orders move to shipping.
  • Monitoring all department supplies and re-ordering as necessary.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area.
  • Work closely with other departments to process material and equipment for shipment.
  • Assist in shipping and assembly when necessary.

Qualifications for this role are:

  • High school diploma.
  • Computer literate Microsoft Suite of products.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
  • Able to lift up to 70 pounds (team/buddy lifting).
  • Packing and warehouse experience.
  • Shipping experience is a plus.

Pay Range: up to $22.00 an hour
