What youll be doing
Develop and implement customer support strategies that align with company goals
Lead and mentor a team of customer support professionals
Monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
Manage escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues
Provide training and development opportunities for the support team
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support
What you need to succeed
Proven experience as a Director or Vice-President in customer support
Extensive knowledge of customer support processes and best practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Masters degree preferred
