Responsibilities:

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working tested applications.

This includes:

• Developing detailed programming specifications
  
• Writing and/or generating code o compiling data-driven programs maintaining and conducting unit tests.
  
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages including technical assistance in implementation conversion and migrations.
  

Requirements

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

• 10 years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
  
• 5 year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM J2EE and etc
  
• 5 year of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
  
• 3 years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring / developing.
  
• Experience with Assignment Manager Business Rules Workflow Applets Views Screens Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
  
• Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
  
• Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
  
• Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
  
• Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
  
• Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel Exposing Siebel in External application)
  
• Experience with configuring Siebel migration application
  
• Experience with administering the Siebel Approval Manager
  

Report Development Skills - 35%

• Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
  
• Experience in HTML 5 Cascading Style Sheet JQuery and JavaScript
  
• Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM PR Manifest File and Mapping files
  

Soft Skills- 20%

• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

Public sector Experience- 5%

• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM Contracts Lead Management Partner Public Sector Partner Portal Campaign Management Marketing Resource Manager and Public Sector eService would be an asset
  
• Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
  

Must Have:
