Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial governance compliance and reporting across multiple entities

Provide strategic financial leadership and commercial guidance to operational teams

Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial performance analysis

Strengthen internal controls systems and risk management processes

Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency

Manage cashflow banking relationships and treasury functions

Oversee capex planning and project financial control

Lead mentor and develop regional finance teams

Requirements

Requirements:

B. Com (Accounting) or equivalent (or higher)

CPA (K) ACCA or equivalent qualification

12 years finance experience with 5 years in a leadership role

Experience managing multi-site operations

Hospitality / tourism / remote operations experience advantageous
