About the Role
Were looking for a highly skilled and proactive Client Services & Sales Specialist who can seamlessly handle customer inquiries perform outbound sales calls and support administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator detail-oriented and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and close opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry scheduling and reporting
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and sales processes

- Proven experience in customer support sales or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Neutral or minimal accent with clear and professional phone presence is required
- Experience in cold calling or outbound sales is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and communication platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience working remotely
- Background in administrative support or virtual assistance
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Zoho)
