Job Summary

Overview:

As a Green Coffee Warehouse Operator youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of coffee from arrival to production. Youll handle incoming shipments operate equipment to move and store materials and support the blending and preparation of green coffee for roasting. This is a hands-on role where safety quality and attention to detail are critical.

*Note that this is a mid-shift position and the working hours are 11 am - 7 pm.

What You Will Do:

Load and blend green coffee to meet daily production needs
Receive inspect and properly store inbound coffee shipments
Operate equipment (forklifts Strong Arm tumble drum) to move unload and package materials
Package blended coffee into supersacks for production and shipment
Monitor and document quality food safety and operational procedures
Identify and escalate issues related to quality safety production or equipment
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment (GMPs SSOPs)
Support efficient material flow and warehouse organization
Follow all safety food safety and standard operating procedures
Participate in trainings and support other production areas as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience in amanufacturing/productionsetting and/or afast-pacedenvironment
Previousforklift driving experience
Basic manufacturing equipment familiarity and setup knowledge

PhysicalRequirements& Environmental Exposures:

The physical demands for this position are:

Able condition to work8 hourshifts while standing lifting bending and reaching
Must be able to work on your feet over 9 straight hours
Able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive andlift upto 30 lbs. on a regular basis
Must be able to lift 80 pounds 20% of the shift
Must be able to push/pull up to 160 poundsthroughout the shift while loading green coffee
Must be able to endure constant leaning and bending during shift
Must be able to handle/move up to750 poundbins on casters

Airborne particles fumes high places moving parts muscular strain noise odorshigh temperatures

The target annual base salary range for this position is$19 $21.The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including the applicants qualifications years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education certifications or licenses other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors and the geographic location of the addition to base pay individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
